Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us at [ luke@uncrafteduk.com ] or [07934009236] and provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you a return shipping label.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

• Items that have been purchased on sale

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us if the item is returned due to a defect or if we have sent you the wrong item.

THIS ITEM CAN BE DELIVERED BOTH TO THE UK AND INTERNATIONALLY AT A FLAT RATE , WITHIN THE UK THIS SHOULD TAKE UP TO 3-5 WORKING DAYS ONCE WE HAVE SENT THE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION.IT CAN TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS PRODUCT IS HAND PRINTED BY US SO THE PROCESS MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS.
